Dear Mom Who Feels Invisible Today: I See You.

Dear mom.

I see you.

I see you sneaking a cold cup of coffee while folding the same load of laundry for the third time.

I see you scrolling at 11pm because it’s the only moment that’s yours.

I see you giving and giving and wondering when someone is going to fill your cup back up.

Motherhood has a way of making you feel invisible.

You do a hundred small things every day that nobody notices. The socks that magically match. The snacks that appear. The tantrum you de-escalated before anyone even knew it was happening.

But here’s what I need you to hear:

You are not invisible to me.

And you are not invisible to your kids — even when they don’t say thank you. Even when they whine. Even when they climb into your bed at 2am and elbow you in the face.

You are the center of their world.

And someday, they’ll remember.

They’ll remember that you showed up. That you tried. That you loved them even when you were tired.

So today, if nobody has told you yet:

You’re doing a good job. You’re enough. And you are seen.

Question for you: What’s one small thing you did today that nobody noticed? I want to celebrate it with you.
